We carefully choose a small herd to personally feed out for our beef business. Since we're not a feedlot each animal is handled with care and fed exactly what they need to grow quality healthy beef.
Our herd consists of Angus-Simmental cross cattle to provide the best from both breeds; Simmental for growth, vitality, and easy calving while Angus is for milk production, meat marbling, and tenderness. We are committed to provide healthy wholesome meat produced without the use of synthetic hormones, antibiotics, or pesticides. Our cattle are raised with the least amount of environmental impact as we take great care and wellbeing of our animals with great pride.

GROUND BEEF & ROAST
80/20 Ground Beef- Our most popular product that our customers keep coming back for time and time again. It's such a versatile product and ingredient to so many different meals.
Roast- We carry various cuts of roast; arm, chuck, bottom seem to be our most popular. It's richly flavored and finely textured. Best for slow cooking whole or grilling if very thinly sliced across the grain.
STEAKS
Ribeye Steaks- These tender and juicy ribeye steaks are perfect for grilling, broiling, or smoking. They offer great plate coverage and impressive presentations.
Sirlion Steaks- A lean, flavorful cut that is excellent on the grill, smoker, in a skillet, or in the broiler. Great served as a steak or cut into kabobs.
Minute Steaks- It makes for the BEST chicken fried steak! we like to cook round steak by using a moist-heat cooking method, such as braising that preserves the moisture.
OTHER CUTS
Stew Meat- It's pre-cut into cubes and it's well suited for slow cooking in soups, stews, and steak chili. It's best when simmered in liquid making the meat most tender.
Organs- While we know it's not everybody's cup of tea, we do offer organs such as the liver, heart, and tongue! They are a great source of vitamins, minerals, essential fatty acids, and protein.
WHOLE, HALVES, & QUARTERS
We give customers the option to buy in bulk by offering whole, halves, and quarters for GRAIN FED and GRASS FED. It's by order so make sure you get in contact with us for the availability and pricing!
CUTS/BUNDLES
We give our customers the option to buy by the cut or the option to buy a meat bundle if you're not needing as near as much as you would get with a quarter. Check out our cut list and meat bundle pricing!
